  • Carried out the topographic survey 1 km upstream of the proposed barrage axis and 600m downstream of the proposed barrage axis.
  • Reviewed previous reports, maps and other relevant documentations
  • Carried out the hydrological and agricultural study of the project site.
  • Assessed water availability in the river for irrigation purpose
  • Carried out detailed design and estimate of the proposed diversion structures
  • Proposed and designed a link canal from the diversion structures to the main canal of Narayani Irrigation System
  • Carried out the quantity and cost estimates of the project as a whole
  • Conducted economic analysis and sensitivity analysis.
